Hello all... this morning I'm sharing with you a great article I just read regarding the importance of website usability and accessibility. After spending so much time focused on SEO and Internet marketing, an often overlooked aspect is onsite conversion. Attracting visitors to your website is the first step, getting them to stay and convert is the second.

In previous posts I've spent much of the time speaking about attracting visitors, improving search result placements and so on. Now its time to focus on making your site user friendly and easy to navigate. Keep in mind the concept of the purchase decision process - what is yours? What path must prospective customers take to review and purchase your product? These are the questions you must ask yourself and design your site accordingly to streamline the process and create a GREAT user experience.
